Nicole Rimedio, the artist behind Variance Objects, creates jewellery that highlights the natural beauty of raw materials. Each of the unique stones are cut and polished by Nicole and her partner where they look to capture the nature of the stone; preserving its inherent textures, colour patterns and light qualities.
This irregular cut Heliodor is set within 14k rose and yellow gold and 18k yellow gold claws. The pendant hangs from a 14k solid yellow gold chain. Heliodor is a golden green beryl, so it’s in the same family as Emerald, Aquamarine and Goshenite. This particular stone has rainbow flashes within the inclusions.
